Requirements
- Manage on-site operations and serve as the primary point of contact for authorities throughout the construction process.
- Ensure compliance with project schedules and legal requirements.
- Oversee construction documentation, quality assurance, and the acceptance of services and deliveries.
Candidate Profile
- Technical education in civil engineering, road construction, or related field is essential, with professional experience being highly advantageous.
- Proven track record in managing the planning, execution, and operational handover of FTTH networks or similar projects.
- Effective negotiation skills and familiarity with construction law, including site safety regulations.
- Strong communication abilities, a collaborative mindset, and the capacity to command authority on site.
- Independent, structured, and accountable work ethic.
